We do not need you to be an appointed agent to submit a risk however if you decide to bind coverage we will need you to be fully appointed. To submit a risk, please email it to one of the underwriters (info on contact page), or fax it to our office 360-297-4882. If you are unsure if a risk will fit, just give us a call so we can discuss the risk with you. Risks that do not fit are limo operations with more than 50% sedans, charter bus operations, owners with less than two years experience and any type of trucking. Submitting a quoteTo submit for a quote we will need a fully completed Acord application with the following:
- A complete equipment list
- Year, Make, Model, # of passengers, Value and Vin
- A complete drivers list (Name, license #, State)
- Years of driving experience for all drivers
- Federal Employers Identification Number (FEIN)
- Current dated loss runs for current year and three prior
- Completed public auto questionnaire (see below)
